Finding The Elusive G-Spot: A Journey to Ectasy!

The G-Spot is a mass of highly-charged nerve endings that is nestled up against the bladder and urethra. It is the same tissue mass that becomes the prostate in men.
When looking for the G-spot, the easiest way to identify it is to look for a spot that makes you feel like you need to urinate. This spot is going to be about 2 1/2-3 inches inside the vagina, against the anterior wall, this means it's going to be up behind the belly-button. As I mentioned, it is nestled up against the bladder, so when pressure is put on it, it puts pressure on the bladder which is why it makes you feel like you need to urinate. So empty your bladder first, and when you feel the need to urinate, you will know that it is the G-spot!

There are two primary techniques to find the G-Spot, the "Windshield Wiper" and the "Come Hither". On average, the first G-spot orgasm takes about 30 minutes of constant stimulation. Because of this, the easiest way to find the G-spot is to find it yourself with a toy because a toy will not lose all sensation in its fingers and have to switch hands half-way there. A great way to involve your partner is to have him use the toy while you help guide him to the right spot.

The G-spot and our entire sexual anatomy needs regular training in order to perform at its best. If you took me out tomorrow and asked me to run a marathon, I would be that sad girl sitting on the side of the road crying. Give me 6 months to train though, and I could finish that marathon. Might not be pretty, but I would finish! Orgasms are no different. Regular training makes a huge difference in how consistent and how intense orgasms are. And I don't know about you, but I would WAY rather train for incredible orgasms than for a marathon!
