Contract the muscle group as quickly as you can. These won’t be large squeezes, just rapid light ones. Stop, take a rest – and then do it again.
The Elevator
Imagine that there’s a little elevator in your pelvic region and that you want to raise it up floor-by-floor to the top floor. So, start at the ground floor and go up to the first floor, then up the second floor, and last, to the third floor. Then gradually allow the "elevator" to go back down stopping at each floor. Once you get to the ground floor, completely relax the muscles you’ve just exercised.
The Workout
For even better and quicker results, having something to squeeze will make Kegel exercises easier to do and feel more natural. Using weighted balls such as Ben Wa, Pleasure Pods or Sports Balls, insert only one ball or side at first. Squeeze and release for two minutes. When you start to notice greater muscle strength, add the second ball or side.
BUT! Wait! How does one find theses muscles?
Well, I'm glad you asked, it's as easy as pie.... or peeing that is. *giggles*
Simply start and stop your stream of urine several times while urinating and you’ve found your PC muscles. The PC muscle is a hammock-like muscle that stretches from the pubic bone to the tailbone (coccyx) and forms the pelvic floor. When doing Kegels, try to only use these muscles. At first you may contract your chest, abdominal, back and anal muscles, too, but with practice you’ll be able to focus solely on the PCs.

No, I am talking about toning and tightening your pelvic floor muscles, the PC, or pubococcygeus muscles, if you wanna get technical. This set of wonderful muscles, when excercised on a regular basis, can assist you with achieving a quicker, more intense climax and benefit your partner by being able to tighten harder around his penis.

you're Selling WHAT??
"You're selling WHAT?"
This seemed to be the general concensus when I was first introducing my new Home Party Business to many of my friends and family......
The next top quote would have to be, "OH! I have heard of those parties, the ones with the sex toys, right?"
So, it's not completely unheard of, this is something that made my new career choice a little easier for my Mother to accept. She admits now, that she thinks it is leaps and bounds better than my first idea...... Yeah, the one where I wanted to become a Dominatrix........
The third phrase of choice, when I am bringing up my new business venture, mostly from men, is, "So, do you give demonstrations?"
Without truly understanding the connotation of this question, at first, I would pertly reply " Oh yes I definitely do demonstrations!"
Uh oh, fortunately it didn't take me long to figure out what the implication there actually was! lol!
Anyway. YES! I do those parties, and I love it! I recently signed up as an Independent Consultant, selling Passion Parties, and it has been a totally empowering and exciting adventure ever since! I've been a stay at home Mommy for many years, and I really wanted to find something interesting, fulfilling, and most importantly(especially for my little Gemini personality) something FUN, that I could do outside of the house to earn money. I have been down that road of busting my butt for somebody else, and that just doesn't appeal to me anymore. I wanted to have control over my hours, my earnings, and be the maker of my own destiny. Additionally I have always been very interested in all aspects of Human Sexuality, Passion Parties is the perfect fit for me!
My overt interest in sex, and sexuality, has been a source of skepticism for some of the people in my life over the years (my Mom, my Sister, those girls who thought I was a Ho), but the reality is that we're all "doing it". I love that slowly but surely people are coming out of the closet (so to speak) and becoming more comfortable with sexuality in general. I have always been the "go to" girl amongst my friends for the latest in sexual information, be it health, kink, fetish, birth control, safety factors during pregnancy...you name it.
It has been quite empowering to be able to put this knowledge to good use, and to find a way to educate other women, and couples on how to get the most pleasure from of thier bodies, and romantic encounters. My presentation is tasteful, and educational, and....let's admit it, sex is a big, HUGE part of human relationships. Finding ways to make that aspect of these relationships more pleasurable, and fulfilling is very heroic.....
