I HAVE to pee!

So, I know it's not your favorite thing to do..... You're laying there basking in the beauty of that sexual afterglow, and then you remember that you are supposed to jump up and run to the bathroom for a pee. But why?

Well using the restroom before the act of sex is a good idea, but emptying your bladder after sex is very important to aid in the prevention of urinary tract infections, or UTI as it is commonly referred to, especially for women. A woman's anatomy has the unfortunate flaw of having a major bacteria source very near the urinary tract. Bacteria from the rectal area can be moved up towards, and into the urethral opening very easily. Additionally the Human mouth is typically not very clean, so it is quite possible to get a bacterial bath from the joys of oral sex, the longer the session the more likely that bacteria could be transferred. *sighs* What a shame.

During marathon sex, very vigorous sex, or in certain positions such as on the knees, or any positions from behind can increase the instance of E. Coli bacteria from the rectal area being transported up to the urethral opening. These types of positions can also irritate the bladder and urinary tract due to increased pressure on that area.

When you urinate before sex it clears out any residual bacteria that may be there already, and urinating after sex can help keep the bacteria from settling, and clean out the urinary tract, this aids in decreasing the instance of the awful UTI, that is the bane of so many women's existence.

I will talk more about UTI's in a future blog, but just wanted to let everyone know the importance of urination after sex. Whether you like it or not ladies, excuse yourself for that necessary emptying of the bladder after every session of sexual intercourse.

Finding The Elusive G-Spot: A Journey to Ectasy!

No, I am talking about toning and tightening your pelvic floor muscles, the PC, or pubococcygeus muscles, if you wanna get technical. This set of wonderful muscles, when excercised on a regular basis, can assist you with achieving a quicker, more intense climax and benefit your partner by being able to tighten harder around his penis.

Maybe, if you've had a baby, you may have heard of these exercises before, they are often taught to expectant mothers as a way to help tone the muscles in preparation for giving birth. Additionally these exercises help after the birth of the baby to tighten stretched muscles, and help with incontinence and other health issues later in life.
Fantastic! But, as I mentioned above.....

Once you get to the ground floor, completely relax the muscles you’ve just exercised.

Anyway. YES! I do those parties, and I love it! I recently signed up as an Independent Consultant, selling Passion Parties, and it has been a totally empowering and exciting adventure ever since! I've been a stay at home Mommy for many years, and I really wanted to find something interesting, fulfilling, and most importantly(especially for my little Gemini personality) something FUN, that I could do outside of the house to earn money. I have been down that road of busting my butt for somebody else, and that just doesn't appeal to me anymore. I wanted to have control over my hours, my earnings, and be the maker of my own destiny. Additionally I have always been very interested in all aspects of Human Sexuality, Passion Parties is the perfect fit for me!

My overt interest in sex, and sexuality, has been a source of skepticism for some of the people in my life over the years (my Mom, my Sister, those girls who thought I was a Ho), but the reality is that we're all "doing it". I love that slowly but surely people are coming out of the closet (so to speak) and becoming more comfortable with sexuality in general. I have always been the "go to" girl amongst my friends for the latest in sexual information, be it health, kink, fetish, birth control, safety factors during pregnancy...you name it.

It has been quite empowering to be able to put this knowledge to good use, and to find a way to educate other women, and couples on how to get the most pleasure from of thier bodies, and romantic encounters. My presentation is tasteful, and educational, and....let's admit it, sex is a big, HUGE part of human relationships. Finding ways to make that aspect of these relationships more pleasurable, and fulfilling is very heroic.....
